Now about the position:
What WAH employees do:
Our product provides information on various aspects of an apartment community, including the market rents and current specials. We are looking for individuals who are willing to help us update this information by calling apartment communities and asking various questions.
Requirements:
The job requires being able to access the internet and be on the phone, most likely long distance, at the same time, so candidates are required to have high speed internet access and a land line with long distance phone service. While there is no selling involved, you will be required to call properties and ask them simple survey questions about their apartments, which requires some phone etiquette. We do require all surveys be conducted as a potential renter.
Candidates should be available to make calls between the hours of 8am and 6pm for a minimum of 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Individuals may also work over the weekend if they choose.
Go to Career Builder (www.careerbuilder.com) and put Pierce Eislen in the search for more information.
Surveys are conducted 3 times annually:
January/February
May/June
September/October
Pay is $11 per hour
